I'am fully aware that Systems Plus Computer College (SPCC) or any of its duly authorized representative, is duty bound and obligated under Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, to protect all my personal information that it collects, processes, and retains upon my enrolment and during my stay in the institution.

I understand that by applying for admission in SPCC, I authorize the school to collect and process information relating to my application and to be used to pursue its legitimate interests as an educational institution. I am fully aware that SPCC may share such information to its affiliated or partner organizations as part of its contractual obligations, or with government agencies pursuant to law or legal processes.

I also understand that the photocopies/computer-generated copies of personal documents that I will submit in relation to admission application will be properly disposed by SPCC if I am not accepted or if I decide not to pursue my application. On the other hand, once accepted and upon enrollment, I will submit the original copy of the needed personal documents at the SPCC Registrar’s Office.

Due to the strict implementation of the NO PHYSICAL CONTACT POLICY because of the pandemic, by submitting your credentials together with the accomplished student application form through telegraphic message/electronic personal message, you are hereby authorizing SPCC to collect and process your personal information in pursuant to Data Privacy Act of 2012. Also, upon lifting of the enhanced community quarantine, this Data Privacy Consent Form with affixed signature must be submitted to SPCC.
